Shipping policy

Shipping costs are added with each item purchased. This rate is determined by your region, and costs vary with each product. 

Domestic

We ship The Dresden and The Eolian via freight in conjunction with a freight management partner to ensure that your table arrives safe and sound.

The service makes certain no other crates are stacked on top of the pallet. The service includes working with you personally to find a delivery date that accommodates your schedule. 

US deliveries outside the continental US will be managed as an international shipment (sorry Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.).

Canada

We ship products to Canada using the same freight companies we trust and use in the USA. Canadian customers are responsible for contacting a customs broker and paying the applicable taxes and fees associated with importing the product. We will provide you with a broker if you don't have one.

International

Shipping charges are determined after you place an order and a separate invoice is sent. We require that shipping invoices are paid in full before we will ship your order.

International shipping will include a surcharge of 15% added to the carrier's price to cover the additional business expenses associated with managing international delivery. 

A standard packaging solution has been designed for our products. If this solution does not meet the requirements for international shipping an additional charge for a custom crating solution may be issued. A credit will be applied to any custom crating charges to cover the standard packaging costs included by the retail price.

Returns

Complete returns are only accepted for product with manufacturing defects. Returns will not be processed for any other reason. Please be sure to check your space for product fit and clearance through the delivery path.

Products with shipping damage should not be accepted from the freight carrier or signed for receipt of goods. We will process an insurance claim and get to work on replacing your damaged piece.
